With an $895 estimate for TOTAL charge, gave $195 deposit. Was called for a dispatch, when we were out of town so not dispatched. The next call for dispatch was going to be for $1050 cash to the driver on top of the $195 deposit. $350 OVER the estimate! That is more than "10 percent above a non-binding estimate" which is against the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration law. They have not refunded deposit as requested, when could not fulfill order for estimate and in a reasonable amount of time- 3 weeks.
