Mint condition 2006 Roush Mustang arrived with very obvious damage to the roof, hood & windshield.
It was on the top of an enclosed carrier and had been lifted too high, hitting the roof of the truck! Driver claimed it was like that when he picked it up! He even ALTERED the Bill of Lading! FRAUD!! I called the dealer who sold the car before I signed their bill of lading. Dealer sent me his copy of Bill of lading, and assured me car left his shop in very good condition, as proven by his copy of the bill of lading.
Allways Auto Transport's insurance company paid out all but $2500.00 of the damages, saying they don't pay the excess, it's up to me to get that from 'the insured'!
Despite continued calls and e-mails, they keep claiming that I need to talk to 'Jay'
He's never available, never returns calls. WORST TRANSPORTERS OUT THERE!!!
