I contracted with United Car Transport to transport my 1970 Barracuda (show quality restoration) from California to Kentucky. This is the first time I ever had a vehicle transported. The pick-up time was critical as I was flying from Kentucky to California to pay for the vehicle and more importantly see it being loaded on the carrier myself. I contracted for a two-day pick-up window of 9/27-9/28/10. United was the only broker who convinced me that they could make this happen, and All Ways Auto Transport did not let me down. Stephan the driver said he would be there late afternoon on Monday, 9/27, and he was, arriving around 4:30pm. Stephan did a very thorough job of inspecting the car to record any issues. I was provided a copy of the origin assessment sheet on the spot. Equally important, Stephan made me feel comfortable that the car was in good hands and he would do everything he could to make sure the vehicle arrived in Kentucky without any issue. At the loading, we agreed on a delivery of Sunday, 10/3. On Saturday, I received a call from Stephan to tell me he was on schedule and approximately what time he would deliver the car on Sunday. He arrived as promised and the car was perfect. Overall this process could not have gone any smoother. Thanks Stephan!
