We do understand that there were certain expectations felt by the customer in this specific situation. However the delay was solely due to a payment issue on the customer's end. We scheduled several drivers to pick up the vehicle and on each occassion the customer's payment was declined. The customer finally made a payment using a different credit card and it was approved. We then scheduled a new driver to pick up the vehicle the following day. However when we called to inform the customer he requested that we cancel his order. Although we are not responsible for the delay, we do feel that we did everything possible to make the customer happy before and after he cancelled his order.
