I just wanted to send you a quick e-mail and thank you for the safe transport of our BMW 740IL.
The car arrived in great condition. Although I did not like the delays due to weather and a variety of other factors, what was most impressive was the fact that Car Star Transport delivered the car right to our door in spite of the fact that they had to travel a very difficult mountain road and navigate an icy access road and driveway.
Thank you for tolerating my paranoia and panicky telephone calls. As a mother with four young children and a husband out of state, the door to door customer service meant everything!!!
