Never Use a Broker

I had to find out the hard way that Allegiance Auto Shipping is a third party broker. They put bids for their clients up to see which truck drivers would be interested. Sometimes they low ball the drivers, that's why there's sometimes an additional cost to the customer.
When I first inquired about shipment, the price was great. I spoked to Adi and he ensured me that the particular delivery date was going to be fine and there were so many trucks going in and out of CA to GA. Oh that was a lie. I guess they tell you anything to get your business. Anyway, 12 days later, they ensured me that my vehicle was going to get picked up that Monday and they 3 drivers interested in picking up my vehicle...no show. They didnt even confirm a driver yet. Elle and Adi kept dragging me on and I would have to be the one calling and following up with them, they would never follow up with me! Finally total 18 days later, they confirm a driver and tell me the driver was going charge an additional $95 and they would cover it since I have been so patient and nice. That was the only thing I can do when they had already taken the $195 deposit.
So finally, the driver picks up and delivers to me 8 days later. The driver was very cool and explained to me what the situation was with Allegiance booking late. I would go directly with the drivers service (Sherwood Trucking) the next time I make my move. Try not to use third party brokers, they're a waste of time.

Due to the fact that Lisa`s car was located in a particularly problematic area in California, the pick up of her vehicle was slighlty delayed. The actual pick up location was a different location than what was originally listed on Lisa`s order, however we were still able to transport her vehicle for the original price quoted to her. Although she provided us with incorrect information, we did assign a driver to pick up the vehicle only 5 days after her first available date and delivery was only 8 days later to Georgia. We were in constant communication with Lisa from the moment she placed her order until her vehicle was delivered to her doorstep.
