i got the quote & paid 195$ down & was told they would call my brother in law ( who i bought the vehicle from ) in Iowa & see when would be good to pick up the vehicle. he is a doctor & scheduling can be krazy for him. they also said i had to fill out a contract & sign it & fax it to them. i still have'nt filled out anything & the vehicle got here a week ago. my bro calls me about 10am & says a driver called him and is 2 hours away!!! well he (bro) was stressing out, so i said if you cant do it tell them so. well when he said the that he wasnt going to be able to do it the driver got nice. the quote was for a vehicle that was inoperable ( extra 150$). the wrong kind of transport truck was sent. well bro calls me & says the trans co called a wrecker & it was loaded & on its way. then he calls back an hour later & the tow company is demanding he pay because the transport company is now refusing to pay. it took several calls to straighten that out. which the transport co is still as of yet not paying. the driver calls me to see about a drop off and couldnt even give me a time. this whole deal was a pain. i called allegiance in the middle of all this & they seemed like no big deal, then a week or so later allegiance calls and wants me to do a review... so here you go.

the truck co was j phillips out of florida.. while we were unloading the vehicle in front of my shop the truck leaked several gallons of hydralic fluid in the gutter. read there reviews. i guess i should be lucky they werent a week late like they were with others.
