Not pleased with the service. When I booked my reservation I specifically asked the sales representative about refunds if I no longer needed my vehicle transported. I was told yes, that a refund would not be a problem. I received the contract in a timely manner and they quickly took my $300 deposit. More than a month before my vehicle was supposed to be picked up I canceled the order. I expected to lose $100 (reading the legalese in the contract) but not the entire $300. I was never contacted reference any scheduled pick up time, carrier or date other than the estimate made during the initial contact. I called customer service and inquired about the deposit and was told that I would not be getting anything back. I requested a call back from the accounting office (apparently makes the decisions) but to date, over three weeks later no contact. I emailed the representative I booked the reservations with and of course I have not heard anything back. Bottom line is buyer beware, the contract is tricky, the representives seem to tell you what they want you to hear and customer service is lacking. I spent $300 for absolutely nothing during an already costly military move.
