Overall, I was very pleased with the service by Allegiance. The customer service representative was pleasant and knowledgable. Unfortunately, I had to change my pick-up destination 1 week before the scheduled pick-up, but they made the change without any hassle or change in fee. The delivery did take one day longer than estimated (which is why I rated 4 instead of 5 stars), but the driver kept in good communication so that we knew when to expect the car to arrive. We moved from Michigan to Florida, and this was by far the smoothest part of the move. I highly recommend Allegiance.
