Mr. Stockman left out a few important details. Mr. Stockman changed his pick up date three times, each time due to family issues. In an effort to assist our customers with their individual needs, we accommodated Mr. Stockman`s request each time and did not charge a rescheduling fee or increase his quoted price although there were fluctuations in the market. We assigned three different carriers to pick up Mr. Stockman`s vehicle. We were always in touch with him throughout the months that he changed his order and pick up dates. We were forced to cancel three drivers due to Albert Stockman`s unsteadiness and inability to commit to specific dates. Albert Stockman requested a pick up date of August 29th (the last time) and we rescheduled a new driver to pick up his vehicle on that very same day. When the driver attempted to pick up the vehicle, he was told that the vehicle was not available. We do wish Mr. Stockman and his family the best of luck.
