We do regret to hear of Cherie's experience. Due to the fact that Cherie's pick up and delivery locations were in remote areas, assigning an available driver was more challenging. We worked very diligently on this order and were in constant communication with Cherie throughout. Cherie did cancel her order after 14 days and her deposit was in fact refunded within a timely fashion. We do hope Cherie was able to make alternate arrangements and we wish her the best of luck.
