We regret to hear of Frank's disappointment. Customer service is extremely important to us and we do everything possible to ensure that all of our customers are pleased. Unfortunately the driver assigned to pick up Mr. Frank Crooks' vehicle had a delay. Mr. Crooks was unwilling to wait for a new driver to pick up his vehicle and cancelled only 5 days days after his first available date. Mr. Crooks was informed of our policy before agreeing to it.
We do however wish Mr. Crooks and his family the best of luck.
