On Dec. 29th I put a deposit down with another company who said a driver would be assigned within 3-5 days. When I hadn't heard back from them after 10 days I decided to start calling other companies. The only one I felt comfortable with was this one. I spoke to Jessica on a Monday and my car was picked up Wednesday. The driver was in contact with me the night before pick up and several times the day of. Paul was very polite and pleasant when he arrived at my house. I can't say enough about how wonderful an experience it was from start to finish. Jessica made everything very easy for me and was very pleasant to talk to as was Paul. Thank you Allegience!!!!!
