Courtesy of both Scott and Jessica was great. They answered all questions and their responses were very quick. The only issue I had was that I never received the actual transporter info nor email of when they may be picking up the car. I had designated not to have it delivered before a specific date. After faxing back all signed papers I received a call a few days later from a guy stating they would be at the house in about two hours to pick up the car. I was, luckily, at home when this call came through. He also explained when he would be arriving at the destination which was three days before the date I has designated. The driver and I worked this out with out the help of Allegiance and all was good because I was able to have someone meet the car for me. The main thing is that the car arrived in good condition and I was very pleased with that. There were no issues regarding fees and their rates are very competitive. I would use them again if necessary.
