This was a difficult experience. Allegiance was quick with the quote & contract. After 4 days of no dispatch, they suggested increasing the fee to 'attract more carriers'. Noting that contract terms & conditions do not allow customer cancellation until AFTER 14 days - and then a fee is assessed; I reluctantly agreed. Probably a mistake on my part, but my car was hostage. Once the 'dispatch' is made, Allegiance washed their hands - they're 'only the broker' and not the carrier. Overall, it took 16 days from contract to receive my vehicle. Some of this time was weather-related (3 days max). Next time, I will shop other brokers and compare fine print (terms & conditions) and their track record for follow-thru.
