Thank you for the review. We appreciate every bit of feedback and we strive to improve our service by direct communication with our customers. The fact of the matter is we offered you a suggested rate. We reduced the rate $300 upon your request, but Allegiant was clear with our warning that a price reduction would create less of an incentive for any of our carriers to pick up your vehicle. Consider purchasing a room at any major hotel chain or plane ticket from any air carrier. Rarely do they bargain with customers and if one's budget is below a certain point (market rate) one cannot receive the service they desire. Again, hotel bookings, flight bookings, or transport bookings are no different than most services we enjoy in our society. We allow room for negotiating, but we are clear from the very first phone call with all of our customers. If a price is too low, it is too low. Cheap prices will scare off any serious, licensed, reliable carrier to provide a service. We only offered to search for carriers within our network for your budget, but Allegiant was very clear it would not guarantee results. Allegiant has the capacity to send blast notifications to hundreds of carriers instantly and test any budget for any vehicle on any route. However, if a customer does not listen to the feedback from carriers or wish to modify their budget to meet the demands of the market, this customer will be waiting for a long time to ever find assistance. We are terribly sorry your experience with our company was anything less than perfect. We strive for perfection with every shipment and we will learn form this experience.
