This was my first time shipping a car using a transport and this was really easy. I had seen some reviews on facebook for a few companies and then reviewed this site. I had contacted 2 companies to get quotes. I received a call from Brett that morning. 5 minutes after our initial conversation he called back and said one of the transport companies he liked to use for Illinois had one spot left and could pick up the car the next morning. The car was picked up on time. The driver was extremely meticulous in inspecting the car so it made me feel comfortable that he would drop the car off in the same condition. The driver picked up his calls evertime I called him and keep me informed on status during transit. Car was delivered on time and in same condition. This was a very positive experience and I will use Brett & Samuel again in 7 months when I need the car back.
