First let us apologize for any inconvenience this situation has caused the customer. We try to accommodate all customer needs as best as possible. The customer requested a ship date that was right before the Christmas holiday. Unfortunately it is very hard to predict in this industry pricing around holidays. We found the only driver available on the dates the customer requested but he was asking for more money. We called the customer to at least give him the option to use this driver or wait until after the holidays when pricing would be more reasonable. The customer declined, we did not charge him any fee, and even went as far as to offer to ship the vehicle without any broker fee because of the inconvenience.
