Had been in contact with Carl and Susan weeks before the move. Gave them a 2 day pickup window which they could not deliver on. I’m in the military and had very specific dates I needed to show up in Washington state (moving from Virginia). On the last day of possible pickup no driver had been found and i was left out to dry and I was forced to use another carrier. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
