Disappointing service, failed to provide truck driver for car from CA to PA reserved more than a month ago. Rude/non-helpful customer service. After daily follow-up they were not able to commit/provide driver. No alternatives were provided which resulted in having to cancel plane ticket until I can coordinate with other company.
