It was our first experience transporting an SUV from Tennessee to California and it was awful! Pick up date was delayed by a week and pick up time was also delayed by the driver who overslept. It wasn't transported in an auto carrier therefore when it was driven onto the platform by planks the under carriage of the vehicle was damaged. The Allied Auto Shippers were poor communicators and if you have damage to report they just direct you to the insurance company and that's it. Highly NOT recommend this company.
