We sincerely apologize for the delay in the shipment but unfortunately during the holidays a majority of the drivers in the country go home to their families. Therefore it is very difficult to get vehicles moved. At the time we quoted the price was accurate but as we got closer to the holiday season prices just kept going higher than expected due to the lack of trucks on the road. We stayed in constant contact with the customer throughout the process. We did get a driver for the same price after the holidays but the customer decided to go with another company.
