From start to finish Allied Auto Transportation exceeded my expectations. I was guided by the Mercedes dealer to another shipper but felt uncomfortable eg wanted full payment upon pickup, no details about trucks etc. Eric was insightful, outlined in detail how the brokerage works with the truck drivers, understood the concerns about shipping an expensive S550 1000 miles etc. He also provided full disclosure e.g. what gets paid to the broker and how much to pay to the truck driver when he delivers car. Eric was always available any time and provided clear detailed answers. I expected the car to be picked up within 3-4 days and delivered after5 more days. It was picked up in Long Beach the same day I contacted Eric and delivered to my home in Portland Oregon 2 days later. That’s faster than me flying/driving to pick it up. Pricing was also cheaper than most others. HIGHLY RECCOMDENDED!!
