All States rep Joe called and advised car would be picked up on Sat at residence in MD.
No one showed up on Sat or called to advise. Office closed on Sun so I couldn't contact anyone.
When I called on Mon I got the run around as someone would call me back. I never got a call. Someone did call the house on Mon. I wasn't at the house as this was only the pickup location. I was already in CA. The caller advised no one was coming to the house but instead had to take car to a home depot parking lot by 1330 hrs. People working that hr so my relatives had to adjust work schedules to take car and find transportation back home.

Trucking company called me next Sat that car was in CA. I had to go to another location in CA vice where I contracted for drop off. The new location was 20 minutes away from my location. I had no transportation to get there so a trucking co. Rep picked me up. I arrived at location at 1930 as the sun was setting. Now I am in strange location as I have to find my way back home. I got car at 2030 hrs so I can't see if any damage to car and find a gas.station.


Terrible experience. All States is just a car broker as they have no trucks. Avoid them and go straight to a trucking company that have trucks. Once they get your deposit at All States they don't care. No follow up call to check on their services. Plus, if they contract with a trucking company that treats clients like they did me, I have no faith in All States. Will never use them again. They got the money is all they want. No customer service!
