I received multiple offers from various companies to have my brand new truck shipped from Oregon to TX. Allstate Auto Carriers seemed to have decent reviews so I took their bid which was the lowest. Unfortunately it was $200 too low and the truck sat at the dealer for over 3 weeks. I called 3 times to increase the price as I thought the price might be too low for a trucker to want to pick it up. I didn't really care about a couple hundred bucks, just wanted my truck here. By the third try Roger finally called a trucker and it was confirmed no one would ship it for the quoted price. I increased my paying price by $100 and Roger kicked in their profit of $100. I appreciated that they realized the bid was too low and took a hit to make it right. Their responsiveness to calls an emails was good. I just wish they would have done a little more research sooner on why it wasn't shipping. Waiting over a month when you buy a new vehicle is kind of a bummer. I would have given a much worse review if they hadn't pitched in their $100 to make it right. And in their defence, this transaction happened about a week before Christmas and maybe there were fewer truckers going from OR to TX. I think they're a good company, just dropped the ball a bit in my case. Nick
