Failure To Refund

I placed an order and paid in full ($610) with a debit card on 10-2-13. After 7 days and still no scheduled pickup date, I called and cancelled on Wednesday, 10-9-13. I was told a refund would take a few days. We all know that electronic transactions are almost immediate, but I did not object at that time. After a week went by and still no refund, I called again on Wednesday, 10-16-13 to inquire. I was told by Kaitlyn who, by the way, spoke to me in a very condescending manner, that "it should only be another day or two, give it until Friday". I reminded her that as an electronic transaction this should be a very simple and almost immediate resolution. She ramped up the condescending tone and told me she would let accounting know about it. It is now Friday, 10-18-13 and still no refund. I have had to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Utah. **I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!**
