Thank you so much for taking the time to post such a positive review. Yes, there is also a big reason we don't take a deposit unless the car is actually picked up. We want you the customer to feel as comfortable as we can. The problem is. Some people that can't be completely honest with people take a deposit and make people think they have someone. In all reality, they just want to take the money and run. Its situations like that. No one wants to deal with anyone other than the carrier. At the end of the day, the car will always get shipped on a truck. You in still that trust in the people that you are dealing with to make the right decisisions and be %110 honest about what they are doing. That is why we do not compete with price as much as service. At the end of the day. "YOU CAN ONLY AFFORD TO PROVIDE SUCH A GOOD SERVICE."This situation is exactly why we compete with service and not price. In this business, you can NOT compete with price. It always comes down to a price to what it is going to take to move a vehicle and it will never be the cheapest price. If it is, you always get what you pay for. My favorite pitch from the past 13 years of being in this business. "WE CAN DO IT FOR FREE. BUT WE MAY NEVER GET IT PICKED UP." Anyway, have a great summer and thank you for coming back to us.
