A Great Customer Experience

I shipped a car two years ago with United Road based out of Romulus, MI and had the worst customer experience of my life. So when I had to ship my car again this summer as part of a move, I began the difficult task of finding an auto transporter that I felt comfortable with. I got a ton of quotes from different companies, but then came across Alpine Transport Inc. They are highly rated on transportreviews.com, are registered with the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating, and show no complaints in the last 3 years. They gave me a very reasonable quote compared to other companies, not the cheapest, but definitely a fair price. Nate was my assigned contact at the company, and he was in constant contact with me throughout the whole process, keeping me in the loop and ensuring that everything went smoothly. He also provided me with the driver's cell number so I could check in with him if necessary and arrange the pick up and drop-off times. The driver picked up our car right when promised and delivered right when promised without any hiccups. My experience was such a contrast to my experience with United Road. I would recommend Alpine Transport Inc. to anyone looking to transport their car.
