This was my first experience contracting for an auto transport. I also had a specific request - an exact date needed for delivery in Florida from California. Several transport companies laughed and immediately responded with " no way" can we deliver on an exact date. Nate from Alpine Transport Inc. was fantastic! Given my request for a specific delivery date Nate was straightforward during our initial conversation stating that guaranteed delivery dates are very difficult if not next to impossible to guarantee but he would contact drivers/transporters to see what was possible. Nate called back two days later at the specified time to tell me he had a driver who could not only handle the transport but had a storage facility in Florida to store the car if he arrived early and would deliver the car on date requested. That's service. We exchanged several phone calls and emails to discuss dates, price, contract and contact information. Nate was professional, concise and patient answering all my questions and responding to my concerns. He made himself available whenever I had a question or needed clarification on an issue. Once the pickup date was established, the driver called me while en route to tell me his ETA and called again to tell me he was 20 from my house. Actual pick-up and loading was professional, smooth and uneventful. 11 days later the car was delivered without a scratch as promised. I highly recommend Alpine Transport Inc. for their professional staff, competitive pricing and outstanding customer service. If I ever need the use of a transport service again, this is the company I will use. Alpine Transport Inc. accomplished what at least 5 other companies said was impossible!
