Great Company to deal with

Mike called me with a truck in the area but the car was wasn't ready yet. When I called back to schedule the pickup, I found I had a misunderstanding. However, Mike assigned Dave to the project to get my car shipped and told me they would make it happen this week. Dave worked his magic and got the shipment scheduled. The amazing part is how they worked around the schedule of the shipper since it was his busy time. The car was picked up late on Thursday and the shipper was pleased with Jim, the driver. Jim called me Friday afternoon to let me know where he was and what his plans were. Due to a loading problem Jim ran out of time and called to let me know what the problem was and that he would be here first thing today. He arrived just as he said. The unloading was quick and problem free. Jim even dusted off the car before giving it to me.

This is the first time I have shipped a car. I was very pleased how they handled my misunderstanding and did everything they could to fix my problem. I really appreciate how they stood up for excellent customer service. I will definitely use them again if I need to ship a car.

It was also great to support a vet owned company.

Louie, Thanks for your 5 Star feedback and detailed review of your transport. Although the first truck we had in the seller's area wouldn't work out for your situation we were happy to make it work for your seller's tight scheduling on our next truck. I'd like to claim credit for the magic but really it's just our hard work, dedication and keeping a commitment to our customers that gets it done in the end.
