Charlene, Great subject line, Peace of Mind! That says it all. Thanks for telling your story and for all the kind words, I truly appreciate the tremendous testimonial! I really believe we are blessed with the best customers and I think that's because our customers usually do the most research by reading online reviews on sites like this one and checking the BBB. They are usually the ones who make the most educated decision of who is going to transport their vehicle. They don't fall for the generic fancy form emails and too good too be true, fast talkers who just rattle off a number without asking any questions about the customer's individual situation. I believe we provide the best service in this industry by doing all of the things you mentioned, and others state in their reviews. In short we put the customer first. Even after transport I always check on my customers to make sure they are happy with the service and respond to their reviews, that's the level of customer service they deserve.
