This was my first time shipping a vehicle and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Jake, the driver picked up my new Boxter S from my garage without my being present. He communicated with me while at my house and throughout the entire process, Keeping me informed of where he was and when he would arrive in Minnesota. Also communicating with Mike at their headquarters was excellent. I will definitely use them again.
