I spent several days researching companies and got a few quotes, so I knew what my ball park was going to be. I was given some very low-ball quotes, which I knew was somethings that happens to get you in the door. Dave didn't come out and quote me - he gave me a ballpark figure and said 'Let's put it out there and see if anyone will take it.' I wanted to stay under $1100 and was figuring it would be around $1050. Dave came in with a price at $1025 and I was really happy!

Dave was very helpful on the phone. He explained everything, answered my phone calls, called me back and was very attentive overall. I am very pleased with the professional service I received. The car was picked up when the time was given and delivered when they said it would. The driver (Reliance Auto Transport Inc.) couldn't speak English very well, so it was a little hard to understand him on the phone - he was better in person. But I must say the driver was very congenial and prompt.

I have never shipped a car before in my life and I may not ever again, but if I did, I would use this company. It was well worth the time and effort I put into the search for a reputable company. It's worth it to review BBB and Transport Reviews when you're researching. I had about 15 companies on the big list and it came down to 3 on the short list. I picked Alpine because their customer service had a good track record.

Alpine doesn't charge ANYTHING up front. Most collect a portion (their fee) up front with the rest of it due upon delivery. They work it out with the driver. That's huge! They're working for YOU up until the end. I really appreciated that. Thanks Dave!

Hi Jayne, thanks for making a little time to leave such a nice review. I appreciate all of your homework researching all of the companies out there and for recognizing rather quickly there's companies that will simply quote customers low just to get the order and a deposit, many times never even transporting the vehicle. As you said this was your first time ever shipping a car and because it was for your son you wanted the best. I'm so glad we made the short list and I was able to go onto help you get the Taurus out to NE to your son and keep it within your budget. I have a daughter in college so I know how important it is to help our kids out when they need something. Customers like you are one of the big reasons I love what I do.
