Massimo, thank you for such a heartfelt testimony of your experience with us, you were wonderful to work with as well. Every time I feel the most gratified after a successful transport I'm overwhelmed with another customer's kind words. I say it again and again in my responses but I sincerely try to put myself in the customer's shoes and see the situation through their eyes. In this case you didn't pay much for the car for your son but it meant the world to him to have it out in Los Angeles asap. I have three kids, one who is in college, we will absolutely do anything for our kids too. I really do think about it every day when I'm looking for a particular service whatever it may be. I want fair pricing, honesty, integrity and great customer service after the sale. I always try to provide that same service to my customers. Thanks again Massimo, have a Merry Christmas!
