my two cars were shipped to florida. we made arrangements on pickup and delivery time. i communicated a few times to verify no hitches in arrangements but delivery happened late. Driver told me he would call me few hours prior, NO CALL. but then he arrived a day late. company itself is a good one, problems was with the driver.
