I am sorry you are not satisfied with our services. We tried to get in contact with you and left msg. We cannot send a driver to pick up a vehicle without confirmation from the pickup contact that they are available at the specified time. Also, drivers will not wait around for confirmation, they have to fill their loads. In this case we lost the driver due to non communication. Please let me know if there is something we can do on a future deal to help some of your troubles. Thanks, Amer Auto Shipping
