I would most definitely use this company again. I received an immediate response regarding a shipping quote. Whenever I had additional questions, I would receive a call back immediately. In addition, military families receive a discount for using them. The car was picked up within 5 days of the shipping request. The quote stated door-to-door pickup, however, due to the weight of the vehicle transporter, I had to meet them on a local road, not too far from my home, for the loading of the vehicle. This was not a problem. The drivers of the vehicle transporter, did a thorough job of inspecting the vehicle, prior to loading it. The car was locked and secured with many tie downs to ensure the stability of the vehicle. The car arrived at the intended destination right on time.
