Both the broker and carrier were proffesional and punctual. The broker was very communicative in relaying the schedules, rates and how the service should be paid for. Multiple emails and even a friendly phone call to assure that we were satisfied with the service left me and my company feeling confident that the vehicle would be delivered on time and in the same condition it was picked up. The carrier was accomdating to our needs. We had to change the pick up time at the last minute and the driver and dispatch were happy to meet our needs. Upon arrival, the driver was courteous and professional and the car arrived in tip-top condition.
