We were very satisfied with all services provided by Amerifreight. This was our first time having to use such service. We shopped around for service prices to compare, but others were a little more costly and did not offer what we needed. The representative, Jasmine was very helpful in explaining the process of application and deposit required. The date we were told to expect our car delivery was precised (5 days). On one occasion, we had to speak with someone else since Jasmine was unavailable and we got the same friendly, helpful treatment. We requested door-to-door service and that was not a problem. The car was picked up at the time requested. The driver call the person the car originated from to setup pick up time which was made around her work schedule. We received the car in the time indicated allthrough bad weather was a threat at that time on the east coast. The driver called early morning on the fifth day to let us know approximately what time the car would arrive at our resident. He unloaded it safely, got paid the balance and was on his way within minutes. Yes, I would highly recommend Amerfreight and definitely would use them again.
