He responded quickly and honestly to all my questions, and provided a clear and straightforward explanation of the process and my options. The transport company, JD Horton out of Spartanburg, SC was also excellent. Jimmy contacted me with the exact time he would arrive, and my vehicle arrived on time, in great condition. This was my first experience with auto transport, and I would not hesitate to recommend or use AmeriFreight or JD Horton in the future. The experience was as good as I hoped, and better than I expected.
