I would recommend that you go with the regular rate and not the discount price, because that takes a long time. It wasn't the fault of the company but the drivers who choose to take the load and with this economy everyone wants money. Overall the company was great and Jeff really tried to get me the answers I needed. The driver was awesome and even if he was late in picking up the car (2 hours late) he contacted me as much as he could to let me know what the delay was.
