I had a great experience with Bob who set up the shipping. Bob informed me of the ins and the outs of the truck transport and explained the difference in packages. I received my truck which took awhile but I was made aware this may happen. So this was not unexpected. Bob was persistent in helping me complete my order. He returned phone calls and called to check in even when the process had begun. Bob also made sure I got the best of deals asking if I qualified for student discounts etc. I received the truck yesterday. I do wish the truck driver had more communication with us. The original estimate he gave us was a week and it took about three weeks. The time my truck is gone isn't the problem. For me I would like more communication. If the time line has a changed a phone call would be nice just to know things changed. The only communication that I've had with them has been initiated by myself. We were even told it would arrive around 8-9pm one night. So we waited until 11pm and continued calling them but got no response. So we went to sleep about midnight and we didn't hear anything from them until the next day when the truck showed up about 330pm.
