Dealing with AmeriFreight was very easy, and they were responsive and flexible. When I needed to change the scheduled pickup date, I was able to reschedule with one call. My main contact, Bob Turner, provided all the information I needed and was able to secure transport right at the beginning of the window(s) I provided. And when I rescheduled, my call was outside of Bob's hours but the person I talked to was able to handle the change without any fuss. One note for readers... AmeriFreight is locating an independent carrier who will transport your vehicle. This worked fine in my case, the driver picked up the car and delivered as indicated and was good about calling and setting up the pickup and delivery. You may need to be flexible in setting the pickup and delivery locations, as the trucks may be too big to get into your neighborhood. And, in general, the more flexible you can be, the better it is likely to go. Overall this was a very easy experience and ended up costing less than I expected.
