Initially, to get my car picked up was somewhat of a hassle, but it got done. When the car got picked up by Mike, he was very nice and informative. My car arrived in California 2 days early (from IL to CA) which was nice so I could return my car rental early. My car did arrive dirty, but that was expected since it was in a open container. I would use this company again.
