This past March I had the distinct pleasure to do business with Amerifrieght, and in particular, Jeff Wright. As a customer service professional myself for 30 years, I am delighted to recommend Jeff and his company, as I understand what it takes to achieve and maintain customer satisfaction.
My situation was problematic at the outset, because I was moving out of state under stressful circumstances, and was trying to coordinate household movers, the car movers, and an airline flight the next morning. Jeff was extremely accomodating from the beginning, understanding the situation, and generously offering to drive me to my hotel by the airport after dropping off my car, as well as being flexible with my drop off schedule which was dependent upon the movers and how long they took to pack up the house. As it was, they finished later than expected, and I had over an almost 2 hour trip to take the car to drop it off at Amerifrieght during rush hour traffic. Tired and anxious about it getting dark and driving to an unfamiliar place, I called Jeff and he agreed to come in early the next day to meet me to drop off the car, and I was able to overnite at a hotel near the airport. That next morning, we made contact, and he suggested I call him when I got close to his office, so he could help direct me in. Once there, he was courteous and efficient, expediting the paperwork and vehicle inspection so I could be on my way to the airport for my flight. He knew I was tired and stressed, and asked me if I was sure I had what I needed out of the car, and helped me with my luggage.
He then drove me to the airport which was over 30 minutes away, again assisting me with my luggage and assuring that I was on time for my flight. The drive was pleasant and I felt completely at ease, knowing I was in good hands.
On the delivery end of the transaction, the driver Pavel Samsonov, was equally courteous and prompt, delivering my car with the utmost attention and care. My car is a 1999 Honda Civic, but the manner in which he executed the unloading, you would have thought it was a 2012 Mercedes.
All in all, I can't say enough about this company and Jeff in particular. He was extremely courteous and helpful, putting my mind at ease and making me feel that I had chosen the best possible option for my car transport. I enthusiastically recommend Amerifrieght and by all means, ask for Jeff Wright!
