I was getting nervous about pick up, but everything came through at the last minute and went OK. I am being prompted to write a more lengthy review and there isn't that much more to say. I really liked the driver and his dispatch person. They were great with the communication. I didn't really understand that I was using a broker at first. You are not talking to a company that is guaranteeing you a price to get your car from point A to point B, they are shopping for a carrier. It's nerve racking if you don't have a ton of flexibility.
