Overall the whole process of calling for a quote and booking went smooth. The representative was straightforward and up front summarizing the cost of the total transport.
As this was not my first time transporting a vehicle, the representative accurately stated what was owed to each party. In my search I have confronted many of the industry representatives out there which was very reluctant with disclosing an total final transport cost and what amount was paid to each party, as they were feverishly working their calculator to maximize their profit for themselves while forgetting about the customer.
The only knock was I did notice the driver broke my glove compartment handle, why would he what in my glove compartment? It was unfortunate I was not able to do a final walk on delivery as I was still in Texas and had a family member who did not know better. So, this was at my cost.
