Jeff was very polite and gave a very reasonable quote. I went by the innumerable 5-star ratings for this company. One little thing is it was difficult to reach Jeff on phone but emails always worked. My travel plans got postponed a couple of times and hence I had to call him so many times to change the pickup date. Another problem I had was one of the drivers didn't speak English. I think they were a couple and the lady could not speak in English and she was the one who answered the phone most of the time. But when it came to delivery, they were very considerate to change the delivery address in the last minute. I moved to a new city and had to give my friend's address originally but by the time they delivered I had my own place. The car was in good condition. All in all, excellent service. I will definitely consider them again when I move.
