I had an overall good experience. There was one time when the contact person did not get back with me in a timely manner. Once the vehicle was on its way, the carrier person called me and gave me an approximate time of arrival. The arrival times changed a couple of times, but I was finally able to meet them in a parkig lot not too far from my home.
