This was the first time I have ever shipped a car, so I was a little hesitant and cautious to try and stay with reputable people.

Overall I received my car within a week of it being ready, maybe I should have just set my expectations there, but when you buy a new car, you want it as soon as possible.

Everyone said they could do it sooner than that, but reality was, they did not. That is really my only gripe. That and I wish Bob would have returned my phone calls more promptly...he waited about 6-8 hours to return the first call and the only reason I went with him was that he did such a good job on the phone telling me how the entire process worked that I was trusting in him that he would do a good job. And overall, he really did do a good job....just not as quickly as indicated.

The car was ready to be picked up on 3/15, but was not picked up until 3/20. This is really my only gripe. Most said it would only take a day or two to pick it up.

Embarq LLC are the guys who actually transported the vehicle and they did a fantastic job. They were very easy to contact, were very polite and the guys that drove the truck were great. The car was delievered in flawless condition.
